Whats not included :
• Food, drink, or cake (families provide their own or arrange separately)
• Decorations (families welcome to decorate in advance)
• Venue booking fees (small additional cost may apply depending on length of time required for prior decorating)
• Additional staff cover (small additional cost may apply if needed for prior decorating)
Need an extra child over our limit?
£20 per child is an additional fee.
Supervision & Safeguarding
A parent or responsible adult of the birthday child must remain on-site for the duration of the party and is responsible for supervising all children attending. We assume this parent to have emergency contact details, and or any allergy/needs requirements of specific children in the group.
Creative Hangouts is fully PVG-checked and holds Public Liability Insurance (PLI).
Before Your Party
When you book, we ask that you let us know in advance:
• How many children are attending?
• What is the age range of the group?
• Any allergies (particularly to inks, wet materials, or clay)
• Sensory issues or specific needs/requirements
• Any themes, interests, or topics the birthday child loves
This helps us tailor the party and ensure every child has a safe, brilliant experience.
